So when Louise and Graeme’s wedding day arrived with bright blue skies and actual sunshine, there was a collective sense of confusion. People squinted. Guests looked up suspiciously. Someone probably asked if this was a trick.
It was still absolutely freezing, of course. This is Britain. We don’t get everything.
